After 23 years of marriage to her best friend and the joy of raising six boys, Presiclla and her family made Blanding their home in November 2024. Her life has always been defined by a deep love for caring for others, and when she learned that the community was in need of quality in-home care, she knew exactly how she could help.

Presiclla chose to help open a Blue Tern Home Care branch not just as a business venture, but as a way to truly get to know and support her new neighbors. Bringing two decades of nurturing experience, she is committed to providing compassionate, reliable in-home care that treats every family like her own.
