Robby Donaldson
HR Director & Compliance Officer
Robby has had the privilege of helping build Blue Tern Home Care from the ground up and is proud to support the people who make the organization’s work possible. As HR Director and Compliance Officer, he focuses on creating a workplace where everyone feels included, supported, and valued. He brings extensive training in supporting individuals with diverse abilities, preparedness planning, and policy development, and is known for staying easy-going and adaptable in any environment and with all types of people.
A lifelong resident of Carbon County, Robby is deeply connected to the community he serves. Outside of work, he enjoys coaching his children’s sports teams, watching just about any game, spending time outdoors, teaching guitar lessons, and serving as a volunteer firefighter. Community, teamwork, and service are at the heart of everything he does

Jaclyn Jeffs
Scheduling Supervisor/ Nursing Department Coordinator
Jaclyn Jeffs serves as the Scheduling Department Supervisor for Blue Tern Home Care and also supports the Nursing Department, allowing her to work closely with both caregivers and clients daily. In her role, she helps ensure that care is thoughtfully coordinated, responsive, and centered on each client’s unique needs.

Jaclyn truly loves her work and values the relationships she builds with clients, families, and caregivers. She is passionate about providing compassionate, reliable care that allows individuals to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes for as long as possible. She believes quality home care goes beyond meeting physical needs—it is about preserving dignity, connection, and quality of life.
Outside of work, Jaclyn enjoys working on her family ranch, spending time with animals, and road biking. These interests reflect her appreciation for hard work, balance, and connection—values that naturally extend into the care and support she provides every day

Janeil
Payroll Coordinator
Jeneil Greenhalgh serves as the Billing and Payroll Manager for Blue Tern Home Care, a role she has held since 2022. She brings a caring heart and a genuine love for helping people to her critical role. Jeneil finds her work deeply rewarding, as it allows her to facilitate essential support for others, helping them achieve greater independence within their own homes.
Born and raised in Carbon County, Utah, Jeneil has chosen to raise her own family in the community she has always called home, reflecting her strong commitment to the local area.

Amanda Deeter
CNA Supervisor and Client Advocate
Amanda is the Castle Valley CNA Supervisor and Client Advocate and is deeply passionate about her community and the family-oriented values of the company she serves. Born and raised in Castle Valley, Amanda’s caregiving journey began early—starting with her first rescue cat, Silver, who grew alongside her into adulthood and helped shape her lifelong commitment to care and compassion.
With 15 years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant and an additional three years in a CNA Coordinator role, Amanda’s work is driven by far more than a paycheck. She is motivated by a genuine love for people and a deep dedication to supporting and advocating for members of her community.
Outside of her professional life, Amanda is a proud mother of ten children—six biological and four adopted. She values loyalty, dependability, and strong morals rooted in generations of family tradition. Both her career and personal life are centered on caring for others and making a meaningful, positive impact every day.
